Amy Racine

Beverage Director

Beverage Director Amy Racine has worked with John Fraser since 2016, at his restaurants in New York City, Los Angeles and now, the North Fork. Amy is an Advanced Sommelier and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2011, before embarking on a hospitality career that has taken her to restaurants, hotels and resorts from coast to coast.

Amy was named Wine & Spirits Magazine's Best New Sommelier in 2014 and her wine lists at Dovetail and 701West have earned Excellence awards from Wine Spectator.
