Amy Racine is Beverage Director of JF Restaurants, Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser’s New York City-based hospitality group that operates creative F&B concepts across America. She is an Advanced Sommelier and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2011, before embarking on a hospitality career that has taken her to restaurants, hotels and resorts from coast to coast.
As Beverage Director, Amy is responsible for leading cocktail creation, curating unique wine lists, and working with the teams at each restaurant to preserve an excellent beverage program for guests. At North Fork Table & Inn, Amy’s selection celebrates local produce, wineries and distilleries.
Amy earned North Fork Table & Inn the Wine Spectator's “Award of Excellence,” was named Esquire's “Beverage Director of the Year” (2021) and has most recently been nominated for “Sommelier/Beverage Director of the Year” by Wine Enthusiast (2022).
