We are proud to support woman with the “Eighty-Two Cents” cocktail with Long Island’s Matchbook “Ambrosia” Vodka by Leslie Merinoff-Kwasnieski. March 14th is Equal Pay Day, a date the symbolizes how far into the year woman must work to earn what men made in the previous year. To demonstrate today’s pay gap, we have increased the price of this cocktail by 18% for the month of March, with the difference donated to the Malala Fund: providing girls access to quality education. JF Restaurants is an equal-pay hospitality group with strong female leadership, and we hope this cocktail inspires the rest of our industry.
