New Years Eve Dinner

Join us for a special New Years Eve Dinner at North Fork Table & Inn. 

We will be presenting a tasting menu created by Chef John Fraser. The tasting menu is $95 per person and will consist of a four-course tasting menu, with an optional $68 wine pairing. Reservations.

Appetizers

Choice of the following:

  • Marinated Mushroom Salad

    Spicy apple relish, chestnuts, minted farro

  • Fatty Tuna Tartar

    Green olives, kumquats, mustard brodo

  • Olive Oil Poached Shrimp

    Celery root remoulade, horseradish, pumpernickel-dried apricot croutons

Entrees

Choice of the following:

  • Baked Cauliflower

    Chestnut-macaroni gratin, aged gouda, fennel pollen breadcrumbs

  • Black Truffle Stuffed Fluke

    Scallop mouse, poached salsify, wilted endives & fennel, sauvignon blanc butter

  • Filet Mignon and Glazed Short Ribs

    Potatoes, leeks, peppercorn vinaigrette

  • Whole Roasted Duck (serves two)

    Heirloom polenta, foie gras emulsion, sunchoke, scallions
