Unfiltered, a wine series created by Beverage Director Amy Racine, makes its debut at North Fork Table & Inn with Johannus “Jopus” Grevelink, Senior Beverage Manager at José Andrés Group.
Join us for a night of curated cocktails and wines, à la carte pairings, and conversation, guided by Jopus’s thoughtful, people-first approach to balance, sustainability, and low- and no-ABV innovation. A portion of proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen.
