Learn how botanical gin produces some of the best gin cocktails. The Botanist utilizes a variety of botanicals, often found in the North Fork of Long Island. Our bar team will walk you through the classic production of a Martini, Martinez, Corpse Reviver, and Aviation cocktail. 

Classic Cocktail with Rémy Cointreau
Build your knowledge of all the greats from Margarita to Negroni. What are the best mixers? Premium Barr tools? Skills of the trade? Learn it all with our experienced bar team and a cocktail in hand!

Tiki Classics with Mount Gay
Everyone loves a great Tiki! Learn the classics with our bar professionals: Zombie, Painkiller, Hurricane. and Rum Runners. You'll be the star of the next beach party! 

All classes are offered for 2-6 guests, beginning at $140pp with 48hr advance booking, and include a curated cheeseboard.
