Gin Classics with The Botanist
Learn how botanical gin produces some of the best gin cocktails. The Botanist utilizes a variety of botanicals, often found in the North Fork of Long Island. Jorge Paz, bartender of North Fork Table & Inn, will walk you through the classic production of a Martini, Martinez, Corpse Reviver, and Aviation cocktail. 

Whiskey Classics with Maker's Mark
Explore the dark side of the spirit world with whiskey classics! You will learn how to build a Sazerac, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, and Whiskey Smash.

Classics with Mount Gay
Everyone loves a great Tiki! Learn the classics with our bar professionals: Zombie, Painkiller, Hurricane. and Rum Runners. You'll be the start of the next beach party! 

All classes are offered for 2-6 guests, beginning at $140pp with 48hr advance booking, and include a curated cheeseboard. Custom classes are available starting at $150pp.
