For four decades, Paumanok Vineyards has been producing world-class "Old World" wines using only the healthiest, ripest grapes in the North Fork of Long Island. In celebration of the vineyard's 40th consecutive harvest, the team at North Fork Table & Inn has crafted an exquisite farm-to-table four-course tasting menu to pair with the most elite and premier wines of Paumanok owned by the Massoud family.

Massoud's family members, Karen and Kareem, along with our Beverage Director, Amy Racine, will be onsite to walk you through each unique pairing throughout the memorable evening.
