Chef Steven Barrantes has worked closely with John Fraser for most of his career, from his beginnings in the industry at an externship at Fraser’s Upper West Side restaurant, Dovetail. During his career, Steven has worked with John at every one of his New York City restaurants, including Michelin-starred Nix, as well as in other top restaurants such as Daniel and Brooklyn’s Chez Moi. Steven has moved to the North Fork, and is relishing his new proximity to the farms and fisheries which supply the restaurant.
