Greetings Friend of The North Fork Table & Inn!

    I'm so proud to tell you that Chef Hayden has been nominated as a finalist for the James Beard award for Best Chef: North East!  Cross your fingers and we'll hope for good news on May 7th!

    And I did promise to update you when I had firm dates for the upcoming wine dinners. Keep in mind that we only have space for 30 guests so we will be taking credit cards for the seats in advance. Call 631.765.0177

Spanish Wine Dinner with Kevin Tunney

    Our former Bartender, good friend and currently wine rep for David Bowler Wines, Kevin Tunney will be here to discuss various wines from Spain.  Chef Hayden and his Chef de Cuisine Stephan Bogardus have created Spanish influenced dishes like Sardine Escabeche and Grilled Pulpo and Squab with Romesco Sauce.

Wines of the World with Cliff Batuello

    Cliff Batuello, husband of the lovely Regan, is not only an Advanced Sommelier but a wine rep for Michael Skurnik wines. As such, he will guide you through a world of eclectic wines the likes of which you may not have been exposed to yet.  Rest assured, Chef is up to the task of creating suitable dishes.

Macari Winemaker's Dinner

    The lovely and talented Kelly Urbanik, Head Winemaker of Macari will take you through her philosophy/methodology and generally delight you with her presence.

I don't have a menu yet (it will definitely have the house made pasta you like so much, Joe Jr.!) but I'll let you know soon.

Sparkling Pointe Wine Dinner

    We will be pairing with the fine folks at Sparkling Pointe to do an all Sparkling Wine Dinner.  A perfect segue to summer.

    If this is your first time receiving one of my little notes, I want you to know that I will only send them out when something noteworthy is happening. I hate spam as much as you!
